My first appointment at Botanic Zen Aesthetics exceeded my expectations! After filling out a new client skincare consultation form, Kelsey asked me about my skin concerns and skincare goals, and she examined my skin. I truly felt seen, heard, and cared for. Without any pressure, she thoughtfully talked me through a personalized Face Reality skincare routine, explaining how each product would specifically benefit my skin, how to use them, and their cost. She even very kindly followed up with an email later that day with instructions for my new skincare routine and more helpful tips. The acne chemical peel and LED light therapy treatment I had done left my typically dull and dry skin glowing, and the Face Reality skincare products feel like a refreshing drink of water for my skin. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, Kelsey was passionate about devising the best skincare plan for me. What took precedence for me was Kelsey’s sweet, friendly, and compassionate personality; I left feeling like I had a skincare best friend. I am grateful for my experience at Botanic Zen Aesthetics, and I am ecstatic about reaching my skincare goals with them!

I absolutely love Kelsey and Ashley. Kelsey was so great. She went over everything and really made me feel comfortable and truly cared about everything I said. She went through and explained everything in much detail. I definitely plan to go back for more Botox. I’m so happy with everything. Thank you so much again!!!!! I recommend this place to everyone.

My experience with Botanic Zen has been amazing!! I have been receiving treatments for a year now and I am loving the results. I was diagnosed with rosacea in September 2022 and I struggled with the treatment plan the dermatologist put me on. I was referred to Kelsey by a friend and it was the best decision I could have made!! Melissa
