The whole experience was great. It was easy to make an appointment and there are lots of great options. I have never had these services before and I went in with ease and trusted the process. Ashley was very knowledgeable and did not push any services on me which was appreciated. It's a lot to take in right away, but after I narrowed down the options she made me feel comfortable with them. She was very nice and made the process go by quickly. It was a relaxing experience and I can't wait to try more. Glad to have them close by and I will be back again.

I came to botanic zen at a time when I was completely hopeless about my skin as nothing was working for me. It ended up being exactly what I needed as my skin has completely transformed. Really friendly environment! Then provide the best service they think was best for me. (Ance Chemical Peel) Went through step-by-step and gave me tips on my skin. They recommended some products to use with an affordable cost.

Today was AMAZING!!!! I was so nervous but excited. I ended up deciding on a chemical peel to help with acne and scaring. I found out it can be done every two weeks, and I can add things on to it. I left feeling so relaxed, glowing, and with some new face wash I purchased. It was very nicely priced and nothing but friendly faces!! I will be back in 2 weeks for round two!
