Kelsey and Ashley are AMAZING! They are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so nice and welcoming. I have been to multiple different med spas seeking help with my acne with no success and tons of money wasted. I have had 4 appointments at Botanic Zen and have seen such a significant improvement in my skin. Not only do they set you up with personalized products to use at home, they also go over diet, nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors that could be contributing to acne. Kelsey and Ashley do a great job at explaining the treatment plan and are willing to answer any questions. I will forever be a client of theirs. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been going to Botanic Zen for almost two years. I went to Kelsey because I was on my last straw with my cystic acne, I had felt defeated and lacked confidence in my appearance. Kelsey made me feel seen and was able work with me to heal my acne. I now have the confidence to be proud of my clear and glowing skin. I now see Kelsey and Ashley, they both are knowledgeable, professional and absolutely wonderful people to be around!
