Please complete our online consultation form and upload up close and clear photos of your bare face. We will then recommend and email you an individualized skincare routine for your needs and goals.
Yes! All products sold at BZA can be directly shipped to you. The client is responsible for covering all shipping costs.
No, once a product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. No exceptions. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping/prior to using, please bring it in to clinic so we may exchange it with the company. We do not offer exchanges.
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Botanic Zen Aesthetics reserves the right to charge half the price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 24 hour advance notice.
A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged half the amount of your appointment.
To maintain the safest environment possible, we kindly request only those receiving services be present in the service areas. If you are under 18, you may have a guardian accompany you.
All products carried at BZA can be purchased in clinic or online. You can either order directly through us at BZA in two ways: by picking up your products or we can directly ship products to you from our facility. OR, you can shop through the company’s link, under the Shop Our Products tab, which will ship from their facility. BZA makes commission on our affiliated links as long as you use the supplied code; meaning you are still supporting our business!
You will not be able to book an appointment until the balance is paid. If the fee is not paid within two weeks, it will be reported to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely at Botanic Zen Aesthetics.
