LED Light Therapy

What is LED Light Therapy?

LED, or Light Emitting Diode, therapy involves the use of a panel of LED lights that emit specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular activity. Different wavelengths are used to target different skin concerns, such as fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne, and uneven skin tone and texture.

Who is LED Light Therapy recommended for?

LED light therapy is recommended for anyone who wants to improve the overall health and appearance of their skin. It is particularly effective for those with fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne, and uneven skin tone and texture. LED light therapy is a safe and effective treatment that can be performed on all skin types and is even safe for pregnant women.

What to Expect During Treatment?

This treatment begins with a deep skin cleansing and light exfoliation to prepare the skin for treatment.  LED is applied to the skin, and most sessions last about 30 minutes.  The treatment is quick and comfortable and finishes with corrective skin serums and hydration.  You may experience a slight warming or tingling sensation during the treatment, but no discomfort or downtime is required.  This treatment can be done by itself or as an add-on to any of our other services.

Results of LED Facial Treatment:

The benefits of LED facial treatment include smoother, brighter, and more even-looking skin. It can also help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as acne scars and hyperpigmentation. Blue light is also very effective in the treatment of the P Acne virus, while Red light is effective in overall rejuvenation, calming redness, and stimulating collagen.  Additionally, LED facial treatment can help to improve skin texture and tone and enhance the overall health and vitality of the skin.
